I was in an emergency situation concerning this car, as it was not drivable after a sliding into a curb due to the icy snowstorm. I was leaving on a 2 mo. work assignment the next day. Had my car towed to Shirlington Shell Service center, and they could not have been better! Ron was a shining star employee and quickly,honestly assessed the problems with the car, fixed it, called me, and went above and beyond to make sure it was ready for me to drive. Prices were more than fair. When I return to Arlington, I will only use Shirlington Shell for all my car needs!

Great service!

I have been to Shirlington Shell a few times now for repairs after going there for years for gas. I have an 11 year old minivan that should go for several more years but has wear-and-tear issues. Shell has it driving better than it has in a few years—like new, actually. I previously had a trusted service guy at Lamdmark Honda for more than a decade starting with a previous car and when he left, things went awry between the Dealership and me. They lost my trust. I went to a few places that were decent but feel that I have found a “true home” for my car care in Shell. They are very caring and open. They seem to have a great team approach. They keep me informed For example, yesterday they insisted that I come from my cozy perch across the street having breakfast so they could show me the problem they found. Similarly, when they fixed a friend’s car while she was in Baltimore, they sent her photos. Each team member has been awesome. My lead guy has been Ron, who has earned my trust and appreciation. Definitely recommend them without reservation.

I can't say enough good things about Shirlington Shell. The service is great and they fix it right the first time. The guys have always done a great job of explaining exactly what was wrong and what they did to fix it 5 star across the board.
