Been to Shirlington Shell about 4 times now for safety inspections, oil changes, and a couple of small fixes and loved it. They’re fast, responsive, helpful, and great to work with. I’d always gone back to my dealership in the past for service and this is just so much better.

I called for a battery issue last Tuesday. I was totally pleased how quickly your folks responded with Weslie to trouble shoot my problem. When a jump start of my battery failed, your staff very quickly responded with your tow truck. Ron & his guys diagnosed the problem & corrected it & provided a credit for my relatively new battery. Ron kept me informed of his efforts. Overall I was completely satisfied with this recent experience with your business.

Friendly Staff and Good Prices

Love my new Cooper tires that Shirlington Shell installed and really feel a difference in the handling. Was a better deal than what dealership offered. They turned it around same day.

The staff at Shirlington Shell are always very kind, courteous, and helpful when dealing with my car. Not all car places are respectful towards women, but the people of Shirlington Shell have always been respectful towards me, a young woman. I have had my car serviced with them for over two years now and they are my “go to” place for getting my car serviced and fixed. I highly recommend them.
