The staff at Shirlington Shell are always very kind, courteous, and helpful when dealing with my car. Not all car places are respectful towards women, but the people of Shirlington Shell have always been respectful towards me, a young woman. I have had my car serviced with them for over two years now and they are my “go to” place for getting my car serviced and fixed. I highly recommend them.

I've had great experiences at Shirlington Shell. I've had them do 2 state inspections, a couple of oil changes and a 35K mile check, and I couldn't haven been more pleased with the work. When they notified me that I needed new tires they matched the online price I found without any hassle. Any time I've had to leave the car during the workweek they give me a ride and call to let me know the progress of the work. They are friendly and efficient - a great combination. I will definitely keep taking my car to Shirlington Shell Service Center.

Really like this place. Stopped by to fill up and check out a low tire (and fill up with free air!) - when Wes, one of the attendants, came to help. He filled up the tires and, when I mentioned one tire might have a leak, took it off, found the nail in it, and patched it. $20 and was back on the road in 20 minutes. Will be back often!

They are very helpful and efficient here! I was able to schedule via text and my car was done sooner than expected. This is my second visit and will return.

Two great things about Shirlington Shell. They are honest and very proficient. Example: had a free oil change for my Honda Accord at dealer. Dealer tells me I need new CV boots because mine are cracking. Take it to Shirlington. Ray shows me the CV boots, shakes his head, and says there is nothing wrong with these things. Never had to replace the boots. This scenario has happened multiple times over the 25 years I have taken my cars here. Funniest one was the last time I took my daughter ‘s camery to get a warranty part put in dealer comes back and says I need a new oil pan because pan is leaking. Cost around $1500. Take it to Shirlington and they charge me $10 for a new plug. This was about three years ago. No oil drips. Pan and car are still fine. If you go to Shell for a safety or emissions inspection know that the inspector is thorough. That was less important to me when I was young. I just wanted the pass sticker. With teenagers and a wife driving things are a little different. What I do appreciate is when I take the car in and there is an issue they tell me the things I need to fix now and what I can stretch out
