Any time I go to Arlington shell they always satisfied my purpose for visit the guy at the inspection station is very good and knows what is doing,my whole customer service experience was great and I will always go back this is my 3rd time they are working on my car they deserve a five star.

Shirlington Shell Service Center is the best! I recently took my 2007 RAV4 in for a thorough diagnosis and any necessary repairs. It had been a long while and I especially worried about my brakes and various fluids. I was mentally prepared for a brake job and was astonished when they told me the brakes were just fine . . . fluids too! I did have leaky shock absorbers and and a few other smallish repairs. Been to Shirlington Shell about 4 times now for safety inspections, oil changes, and a couple of small fixes and loved it. They’re fast, responsive, helpful, and great to work with. I’d always gone back to my dealership in the past for service and this is just so much better.

I called for a battery issue last Tuesday. I was totally pleased how quickly your folks responded with Weslie to trouble shoot my problem. When a jump start of my battery failed, your staff very quickly responded with your tow truck. Ron & his guys diagnosed the problem & corrected it & provided a credit for my relatively new battery. Ron kept me informed of his efforts. Overall I was completely satisfied with this recent experience with your business.

Friendly Staff and Good Prices

Love my new Cooper tires that Shirlington Shell installed and really feel a difference in the handling. Was a better deal than what dealership offered. They turned it around same day.
