I went to this location to have my headlights aimed properly. I had new headlights installed by a AutoZone employee and they didn't seem to be correct. They were quickly able to resolve the issue. Only reason for 4 stars is the final price was about $25 higher than was verbally quoted when I dropped the vehicle off.

I've been away from the area, but getting back to Shirlington and Shirlington Shell Service Center is like coming home again. They are extremely helpful and friendly, just like a neighborhood station would be. Very convenient near the entrance to the Village of Shirlington and just off the highway. The new, to me, bus hub center makes it very easy for drop off and pick up service. I had a state inspection done but they can perform a wide range of services. My former and again go-to station/service center.

The mechanics and attendants at this Station are always very responsive, fast and trying to make sure they get to the bottom of the problem with your car.

I took my 2002 Nissan Maxima SE to Shirlington Shell for repair of valve cover gaskets and the radiator. Ron was the service professional with whom I communicated and he was a pro through and through. He provided a quote and the guys who performed the repairs did a great job. Amel was a real pro also and provided helpful advice on maintaining my Maxima. The team completed the repairs timely and correctly. I picked the car up after work on Monday, Nov. 12th and drove the car on the beltway that night and the car performed very well. I will have to drive the car for the next few days and weeks to give further feedback, but I am CONFIDENT in the quality of work the Shirlington shell team provided on my 2002 Nissan Maxima. As usual, I am very happy with the people and the work that they do at Shirlington Shell. They're more like friends than businessmen.

I brought my car here for a safety inspection and received excellent service! There were a few people ahead of me and I was told it would take about an hour and half. Thankfully I live close by and was able to walk back home and wait, but they even offered to drive me and my toddler home in our car for our convenience. They were finished in less than the amount of time they estimated. The whole process was as easy as could be. It was a great experience and I will definitely return!
