We had a puncture and needed two new tires. The delivery and installation took exactly the time we were told it would. The service people were both friendly and efficient. Because we were not local they advised us of nearby facilities. Altogether they made w hff at could have been a stressful experience into one that was quite comfortable.

Shirlington Shell has been fantastic whenever I've needed service. I've been going there for years and service has always been fast, through, and right the 1st time.

I went to this location to have my headlights aimed properly. I had new headlights installed by a AutoZone employee and they didn't seem to be correct. They were quickly able to resolve the issue. Only reason for 4 stars is the final price was about $25 higher than was verbally quoted when I dropped the vehicle off.

I've been away from the area, but getting back to Shirlington and Shirlington Shell Service Center is like coming home again. They are extremely helpful and friendly, just like a neighborhood station would be. Very convenient near the entrance to the Village of Shirlington and just off the highway. The new, to me, bus hub center makes it very easy for drop off and pick up service. I had a state inspection done but they can perform a wide range of services. My former and again go-to station/service center.

The mechanics and attendants at this Station are always very responsive, fast and trying to make sure they get to the bottom of the problem with your car.
