This shop used to be reasonable but now they jack up the price. You should always get your estimate from other shops before giving them the job. I am so disappointed I used to trust them but they over charged on 2 hours costed me $1000; other shops charge $650.00 only. I will not recommend them to anyone.

I've gone here the past two years for my car inspection and emissions tests. It's a seamless process, the guys are very personable and easy to talk to, and they work efficiently. Recommended.

Staff was courteous and provided quick service. Even though they open officially at 8, I was able to speak with someone in person and drop off/pick up my car at 7/7:15. Full safety and emissions inspection with oil change and tire rotation completed in half a day. Very conveniently located near the shirlington bus station, too.

My roommate unknowingly came in just after me, and when I came to pick up my car after an emission test the attendant was so excited to say he’d found someone with the same area code on the same street that was my same age-thinking he’d found my new best friend, until we realized it was a roommate. 😂 The staff is not only invested in your car, but also your social life! Great experience, quick, honest, and good for a laugh!

Charge wayyyy to much.... all I needed was a new fuel pump and they tried to hit me with a $3500 bill. Asked them if they could bring it down and the best they could do was $1500!!! FOR A FUEL PUMP! So I ended up having it towed to town car auto shop and had it replaced there for $700. Don’t go here and get scammed.

Great Service, quick & responsive!

I was provided with a quick appointment date for my 60,000 mile check-up. After taking car in they provided me transportation to my residence. I received a phone call within a short time advising me of the necessary work, and estimated cost. I received a call back after about 4 hours advising me car was ready for me to pick up. They sent a driver to pick me up. The billing was as estimated. Everything went smooth and everyone very courteous and professional.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy - Shirlington Shell has been taking care of my BMWs for eight years. Mike (front desk) and Ron are easy going and able to quickly get you in an out. They also offer towing service which is very convenient. Highly recommend Shirlington Shell for your automotive needs.

Not one to really leave reviews but I feel this is a as must. I work in the area and my tire went flat. Googled the nearest tire place and called Shirlington Shell. Within thirty minutes I had my car picked up by them and brought back to my job down the street with it fixed. I had to go thank them in person later on and am pleased to say I will be returning to this location
