I came in for an inspection and had a great experience. The team was very prompt and proactive in helping to resolve some minor repair needs to help get the items fixed quickly that same afternoon; saving multiple extra trips. While I was waiting, I also saw two guys quickly help identify and fix a tire with a nail in it for a family in a car full of little kids from out of state; I thought that was awesome of them.
