Went in for 2014 ford fusion service 100000 mile scheduled maintainence. Car dropped off at 9 am. Came out appx 3. List of services was as expected from the manual. They have a fusion guy on staff who knows the cars hands down. Their price for parts and labor was about POINT 8 Percent from what my estimation was. (That means they are fair and competitive) and I have zero issues with any of the staff. They get a 5 outt 5 stars.

I had a problem with my key transmitters suddenly not communicating with my vehicle. Shirlington Shell promptly found the problem; replaced the transmitter, cleaned the sunroof drains that were clogged (which allowed rain water to reach the transmitter), and reprogramed the keys to communicate with the new transponder. It saved me an extended trip to my car dealer.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR VEHICLE! I have been going here for years thinking they were helping me when I was being ripped off from Toyota, I was supporting small business and they were conveniently right near my job for 6 years. I got my annual inspection here just last October or November 2020, they allowed it to pass inspection. I purchased tires from them, they added a warranty I did not ask for and I was ok with that, again, supporting small business during these COVID times. I got a nail in my tire and took it to them this week and was told I needed over $2500 in work and my car is a safety hazard, and that I needed a wheel alignment, even though I just paid them for one in October/November 2020. I asked for the wheel alignment to be refunded so I can get it elsewhere since I no longer trust Ron Locher ( the one person I thought I could trust with my car). Ron preyed on a single woman who has been preyed on before by Toyota and tried to take advantage of my ignorance when it comes to car by leading with "your car is a safety hazard", shame on you! I will take my car to a reputable service center from now on. You all should be careful if you choose to let them work on you car. Good Luck!

I have nothing good to say about this place. They’ve been working on my family’s car since I was young and now work on mine. Ron treats us like family.

I had a slow leak in my tire. Turns out it was a nail. Wes fixed the tire and then checked all the other tires’ pressure. Very quick and professional service.

I came in for a simple emissions test and there was no where to stand inside for the 1.5 hours I had to wait for my car. At the very least, they could have let you sit in your car until it had to go in for service. Also the person performing the emissions test on my vehicle wasn’t wearing a mask. So that was kinda annoying. In the end I did not appreciate how this went down.

Extremely polite and responsive BUT will find thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs if you get you vehicle inspected there. I completely understand all the great reviews for this shop. They are very interactive, quick, and do to great job “explaining” to you the things that are wrong with your vehicle. At the end of the day, many of these repairs may be unnecessary. I had an older vehicle that I had inspected there, and they told me that the shock absorbers were completely dry /nonfunctional and highly dangerous. Thousand+ dollars later they replaced them and they passed me on inspection. The ride of the vehicle was exactly the same. In retrospect it’s almost impossible to have completely failed shock absorbers replaced without any appreciable difference in the ride of the vehicle. Gave them another chance on a newer vehicle and went for inspection. Again very polite and showed me some wear on a very obscure suspension part, including again that I was in danger. Being suspicious at this point, took the vehicle to two other mechanics who said the car was fine. Don’t feel that you were being held hostage by your inspection. Take your vehicle to another shop and see what they think. I am amazed they have not shown up on a local news station as a scammer. No joke. PLEASE get second opinions. To be fair, they do have free air!

Went to get an inspection, no line, one car being inspected at the time. Took an hour and a half. They have no chair/bench or place to wait. In the meantime technician Pat and a vendor rep were cracking jokes while leaning on my car.
