We entered Arlington, VA after touring the cemetery. My wife hit a curb and destroyed our left front tire. We limped to a spot where we thought we would leave the car for a bit and figured that it would be days before we were able to obtain a new tire. This would have destroyed at least one day in our remaining time available in the Washington DC area with two of our grandsons. A lady saw us limp to a stop and told us that there was a great service station that she had used in the past and that it was just one block further. We decided to slowly take the car another block and entered the Shirlington Service Center. We spoke to Edwin and told him of our problem. He immediately had one of his people take off the mangled tire and put the spare in its place. He told us he would obtain the replacement tire that we needed and call us the next day to place the new tire on our car. We were on our way in no time and were able to tour more of the Washington area the following day until we received a call from Edwin telling us that he had the replacement tire. We returned from our touring during lunch time and dropped the car off while we went and had lunch. Within the hour our car was ready to go and we were back on our way. Due to Edwin's efficient operation we lost very little time exploring the sights of Washington, D.C. and the surrounding area. Thanks Edwin, Tom Dunleavy
