I took my car in to get my “check engine” light diagnosed. I made an appt online and was called shortly afterwards to confirm and discuss my issue. I took it in the next morning and after a phone call explaining what was going on, I was emailed an invoice to approve and then the work was done. Very clear communication and the car is all set. Very happy with their service today!

Brought an older vehicle in for state inspection and got quoted for thousands of dollars worth of repairs. I decided to take my car to another place for a 2nd or even 3rd opinion and mechanics at the other places mentioned this service center purposefully fails vehicles for state inspection and upcharges the repairs when the issues are usually minimal. On my vehicle, they told me they found an issue with my front control arm - telling me to replace it at ~$800 and when looked at by other mechanics elsewhere, they found only the bushings were the true problem which brought the cost down significantly less. They also said there was a "substantial leak" in my exhaust but when other mechanics took a look it was a minor repair and only the muffler needed replacing - a $900 vs $400 repair Do not take your vehicle here unless you're willing to pay highway robbery level prices.
