Absolutely amazing service!! Ron made the entire experience stress-free! He was communicative, transparent, responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and so professional! My check engine light came on during a weekend trip to the area and we urgently needed the car done to drive back home Sunday. We immediately felt our car was in great hands at this service center. Ron and the staff worked with us to get our car picked up when we needed it and did a great job with the repairs! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very easy and efficient experience. I needed an oil change before going out of town so I dropped my car off in the morning and got a call a couple hours later that my car needed an additional service. I had no idea what it was, but the service person mimicked the sound and I knew exactly what he was describing. Thanks so much for speaking my language and completing everything so quickly!

Overall Friendly service. Used a few times previously. Usually 2 hour wait for any service. Get in line early for emissions test and/or VA state inspection . This is one of the few places I actually trust to do my state inspection. I’ve been to dealers where they require what seems to be the “special of the week”. This place is straight forward. Only downside is the looooong wait. And it is in a walkable neighborhood where you can get breakfast, lunch, coffee, or if you go later in the day, take in a movie while you wait.

Everyone was great, they were able to diagnose and fix an issue that kept me from being able to open my hood, replaced all my tires and did some routine maintenance all in the course of 36 hours and with no prior notice. Rates were right where I would expect them to be. Would definitely recommend them, and will be back.

I have a Lexus 250HD Hybrid. The Lexus Dealer wanted to charge me 4.5K to replace my inverter assembly(something dealing with internal transmission failure) . I called around and Ron had answered the phone. Told me he works well with Extended Warranty Policies and that he accepts parts shipped from the warranty company( Lexus wanted to use their own only) . Stated he didn’t have a heavy work load and I was sold. Diagnostic, Ordering Parts, And Repairs, My car was ready less than 2 weeks! Exceptional Customer Service, Understanding, Gave Me A Great Price, And He Let Me Vent🤗 I’ll Definitely Be Back Here!
