I've lived in this area my whole life and have tried just about every garage on four mile run. I started using the shirlington service center a couple years ago and have had nothing but good experiences. From replacement of bulbs to them letting me know to take it to the dealer it's under warranty. Their honesty will keep me coming back.

Got my state inspection done there - they were great.

The crew at Shirlington Shell has been great to work with no matter my needs. From state inspection to a whole new transmission, they have taken care of my car and helped me understand the process and items I need to do to maintain my car for years to come.

I took my 2002 vehicle in for inspection, was told by the mechanic that I had a problem with the rear axle. Definitely a big project, but they got it done by the next day. Appreciated their customer service- they were very up front with cost and explained exactly what they needed to do. Also followed up to see how it was running after the fact. I also appreciated not needing an appointment and not having to sit in an inspection line (like so many other VA inspection stations). Also good about utilizing technology for scheduling and follow up, which I appreciate.

Good people. Reliable, honest and guarantee their work. Recently my car battery died late on a Saturday afternoon. They sent one of the staff to jump start the car where I was; then their mechanic (who I didn't even expect to see that late in the day on a Saturday) stayed a little later to check out the car and replace the battery.

Great service from Shirlington Shell! All issues were fixed in a timely and efficient manner. All of the staff are willing to talk through all of your car troubles and decide what is best for you. Highly recommend to anyone!
