This station was able to get our three cars through for their various inspections and repairs in a day and a half. Prices seemed reasonable and the service was friendly and communicative.

Felipe was very helpful in trying to figure out the problems with my car. When they realized it is a problem only the dealer could fix, they removed the planned charges. A good move full of integrity in my opinion. I'll be taking my car back there for future needs for sure.

I’ve used Shirlington Shell several times for safety and emissions testing. They operate on a first-come, first-serve basis, so there a wait is. It unusual, but their time estimates are accurate and they do a good job of notifying you as soon as your car is ready. I’ve always been pleased with their customer service otherwise as well, for such things as help with tire pressure.

I called and inquired about battery terminal replacement, and the service professional offered that I bring my car right away. From start to finish, the service was great!

We recently took My grandsons truck to another shop in Arlington area for the state inspection and that shop failed the mechanical part of the truck. They said that the ball joints were bad and unsafe to drive, and that it needed belts and the transmission lines were bad . But I had just had the truck checked over and service at AAA shop in Tennessee they said the truck was in perry good shape no major problems. So I was a repair shop owner for 40 years I knew something wasn't right there. So we pulled it from that shop and brought it to Shillington Shell service center and paid for another state inspection and those technicians couldn't find any problems with the the truck other than a small transmission seal leak. And they passed the truck for the State inspection. So I highly recommend Shillington Shell service center good folks there .
