I took my 2002 vehicle in for inspection, was told by the mechanic that I had a problem with the rear axle. Definitely a big project, but they got it done by the next day. Appreciated their customer service- they were very up front with cost and explained exactly what they needed to do. Also followed up to see how it was running after the fact. I also appreciated not needing an appointment and not having to sit in an inspection line (like so many other VA inspection stations). Also good about utilizing technology for scheduling and follow up, which I appreciate.
