They strive for excellence and provide the kind of personalized and friendly service that I didn't know still existed. I can't recommend them highly enough. My only recommendation is to make an appointment ahead of time because they are a community favorite and are generally very busy.

I dropped my car off here for my annual State Vehicle Inspection. The staff was very professional, attentive, and welcoming. They used an electronic registration form on a tablet, which I was able to complete in less than a minute. Afterward, they gave me the option of dropping off the car or waiting for it. They gave me an estimate of an hour so I walked home (I live less than a mile away) and waited. The car was ready within 5-10 minutes of the original estimated wait time. I walked over to pick it up. They provided me with a brief rundown of the service. I paid my bill and was on my way. A day or two later, the manager of the shop sent me a follow up text to let me know that if I needed anything else to bring the car back in. All in all, a very positive experience.
