I have always had good service here and like that I see the same faces. I have never felt as though I'm being taken advantage of here and appreciate that.

They were great! I called this shop on a Friday night asking if I could get a second opinion on a break issue another mechanic had told me about. They gave me an appointment Saturday morning to check the breaks, and ended up doing the work on it for about $500 less than the other guys had quoted me. They were timely and pleasant - will definitely use them in the future!

Service was excellent and the process and communication were great. I found the estimates for repairs were on the expensive side. Therefore I opted to service my car elsewhere.

Quick and Friendly Service.

My experience at Shirlington Shell was a pleasant surprise. I went in for a safety inspection (walk in).Not only did they fit me in toward the end of the day. I also asked them to replace my air filter with the new one I had on the seat and I got a friendly smile saying "no problem". They were very pleasant and offered for me to wait or to call me when the car was done. Just yesterday I received a text from them thanking me for my patronage. I will definitely recommend them.

In for an inspection and they were quick and very courteous.
