My car was serviced on Friday 6 November 2017. The performed all the maintenance, replaced water pump, oil change, and everything was done properly and on time. I have great confidence in Shirlington Shell and have been taking my car there for years. Everyone is very courteous and professional. They will notify you if there are any changes in the initial diagnosis of your vehicle. A great place to take your vehicle for repairs.

I took my car in on Columbus Day to get a new battery without an appointment. The service bays looked busy so I was prepared to come back later that day but I was told it would be under an hour. I walked into Shirlington to get lunch and got a call about 30 minutes later that my car was ready. I was very pleased with the promptness of the service and the sense of professionalism from the staff in the office. I will definitely consider coming back for any future car service needs.

Excellent service

Put Father-in-Law's Buick LeSabre back in service so it could pass inspection pass emission tests and safety inspection. Car had been in Maryland where these weren't required. Completed work per schedule and cost estimate (brakes, control rod, engine mount, door mount, PC-valve). Car back on the road.
